“In my opinion, lightness is a mindset, a choice to see the beauty in your environment and enjoy the experience of being alive. Children represent this mindset to me. Small things like seeing a butterfly spark so much joy in them. As an adult, I believe that it is important to tap into that childlike wonder in order to truly appreciate what you have."
